CASANOVA'S TIP: Bamboo Cutting Boards - Apply Food-Grade Mineral Oil To A Board At Least Once A Month To Prevent The Bamboo From Drying Out, Cracking And Splintering. Make Sure The Mineral Oil Is Listed As Food-Grade, Or Purchase A Oil Designed Specifically For Bamboo Cutting Boards. Apply A Small Amount Of This Oil To A Cloth And Apply To The Cutting Board. Leave Oil On Board For 2 To 3 Hours; Allowing It To Absorb Into The Bamboo. Use A Clean Cloth To Remove Excess Oil.
