Sure-Locking Length Adjustment
Thanks to its sure-locking button located underneath the soft foam sheath, changing the length of a Sherlock staff is quick, easy, secure and practical in function. Locate the spring-loaded button by the bulge in the foam, depress it with your thumb, slide the telescoping tube sections to the desired length, then release the button in the proper adjustment hole. Unlike twist-lock poles, the button is a physical block in the path of the sliding sections as well as a positive visual that the staff is locked in place. The staff cannot collapse unexpectedly when weighted. The adjustable length proves to be a critical asset as well as expanding the resourceful uses while on the trail, camping, and exploring around town or in the wilderness.

Wedge Lock Adjustment
The New Tracks Staffs, All Provided By Casanova's, Now Feature The Comfortable Contoured Foam Grip With Quick And Easy Wedge-Lock Wrist Loop Adjustment. Just pull the knotted ends of the wrist loop to release the Wedge-Lock, adjust to fit, then push the Wedge-Lock back into locked position. Whether bare handed or wearing thick gloves, get a perfect fit without a uncomfortable buckle rubbing the back of the hand or wrist!

Camera Mount
With Tracks unique Camera Mount built-in, have a convenient monopod at a moment's notice. Just unscrew the Solid Walnut Knob to reveal a world standard camera mount. Attach a camera, spotting scope or even a binocular to the top of of the staff; then enjoy a higher level of focus with photographs, more stable viewing through your binoculars, night vision scope, or compact spotting scope; and/or more accurate compass heading reading from a professional sighting compass.

Spike
For normal trail walking on soft to moderate ground, use a Tracks staff with the rubber foot affixed to the end. When the going gets tough, and the ground gets hard, simply unscrew the rubber foot to reveal a hardened steel spike that will provide staying power.

Make Sure The Mineral Oil Is Listed As Food-Grade, Or Purchase A Oil Designed Specifically For Bamboo Cutting Boards. Apply A Small Amount Of This Oil To A Cloth And Apply To The Cutting Board. Leave Oil On Board For 2 To 3 Hours; Allowing It To Absorb Into The Bamboo. Use A Clean Cloth To Remove Excess Oil.
